Please read these terms carefully before booking with Bajrangbali Travels.

Summary: By booking with us, you agree to our cancellation policy, payment terms, and acknowledge responsibility for your own travel documents. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all trips.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Bajrangbali Travels's website, booking any of our services, or engaging with our travel consultants, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the traveler") and Bajrangbali Travels Pvt. Ltd. ("Bajrangbali", "we", "our", "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and our written confirmation. Payment Schedule: • Deposit of 25% due at booking confirmation • 50% of total amount due 60 days before departure • Remaining balance due 30 days before departure We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Indian travelers will be charged in INR at current exchange rates.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive written cancellation notice: • 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus ₹5,000 processing fee • 31–59 days before departure: 25% of total package cost retained • 15–30 days before departure: 50% of total package cost retained • 8–14 days before departure: 75% of total package cost retained • 0–7 days before departure: No refund (100% cancellation charge) Cancellations must be submitted in writing to haldia.bajrangbalitravels@gmail.com. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Travel Documents & Visa

It is the traveler's sole responsibility to ensure possession of valid travel documents including passport (with minimum 6 months validity beyond return date), appropriate visas, and any required health certificates. Bajrangbali provides visa assistance as a value-added service but does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant embassy or consulate. We are not liable for any costs incurred due to visa refusals, delays, or incorrect documentation provided by the traveler. All travelers must carry original documents; photocopies are not accepted at immigration counters.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

Bajrangbali Travels acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by the negligence or default of any third-party service provider. Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific booking in question. We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal liability. Force Majeure: Bajrangbali is not liable for cancellations or changes necessitated by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government travel advisories.
