Yes. All card and net-banking transactions are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security. We never store your card details on our servers. UPI and bank transfers go directly to our registered business account.
Yes! You can book by paying a 30% advance to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before departure. For packages above ₹50,000 we also offer EMI options through Razorpay (3, 6, or 12 months on eligible cards). Choose your preferred plan at checkout.
Wallet credits are earned through our Refer & Earn program (₹200 per successful referral) and may also be issued as loyalty rewards or refunds. Credits are visible in your Dashboard under "My Wallet" and can be applied to any future booking at checkout. Credits are valid for 12 months.
