We believe in transparency. Read our cancellation terms before you book so there are no surprises — just honest travel.

Summary: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to haldia.bajrangbalitravels@gmail.com. The earlier you cancel, the higher the refund. Tour packages and car rentals follow separate schedules below. Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days.

1. Tour Package Cancellations

2. Car Rental Cancellations

3. Refund Process

Email haldia.bajrangbalitravels@gmail.com with your booking ID, full name, and reason for cancellation.

Confirmation

We confirm your cancellation within 24 hours and share the final refund amount after deductions.

Refund Credited

Amount is credited to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

4. Special Circumstances

Force Majeure

Events beyond our control — including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, government travel bans, or sudden airline suspensions — qualify as Force Majeure. In these cases, we offer a full credit note valid for 12 months or free rescheduling. Cash refunds for Force Majeure events may take up to 30 days.

Medical Emergencies

If you or an immediate family member faces a medical emergency certified by a registered medical practitioner, we will waive standard cancellation charges and offer a credit note or reschedule option. Please contact us as early as possible with supporting documents.

Visa Refusals

Visa decisions rest entirely with the respective embassy. Bajrangbali Travels is not liable for visa refusals. However, we will refund all land-arrangement costs (excluding flight costs and visa fees) minus a ₹3,000 administrative charge, provided we receive official rejection proof.

If We Cancel Your Trip

In the rare event that Bajrangbali Travels cancels a confirmed booking for reasons within our control, you will receive a 100% full refund — including the processing fee — within 7 business days, OR a complimentary upgrade to a comparable trip, at your discretion.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is permitted subject to availability on the new dates. • 30+ days before departure — Free of charge (once per booking) • 15–29 days before departure — ₹2,000 administrative fee applies • Less than 15 days before departure — Treated as a cancellation; standard cancellation charges apply Rescheduled bookings retain the original booking value; any price difference for the new dates is payable by the traveler. Rescheduling cannot be requested after the departure date has passed.

How do I submit a cancellation?+
Send a written request to haldia.bajrangbalitravels@gmail.com with your booking ID and reason for cancellation. Verbal or phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation date is the date we receive your email.
When will my refund be processed?+
Eligible refunds are processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank account). NEFT transfers may take an additional 2–3 business days.
What counts as a Force Majeure situation?+
Natural disasters, government travel bans, pandemics, sudden airline suspensions, or any event beyond our reasonable control. We will offer full credit notes or rescheduling at no extra charge in these situations.
Can I reschedule instead of cancel?+
Yes! Rescheduling 30+ days before departure is free of charge (subject to availability). Rescheduling within 30 days may attract a ₹2,000 administrative fee. Rescheduled trips retain the original booking value.
Are flights included in your cancellation policy?+
Flight tickets booked through us are subject to the respective airline's cancellation policy. Bajrangbali's policy covers land arrangements, hotels, and activities. We will pass on any airline refunds to you as-is.
What if Bajrangbali Travels cancels my trip?+
If we cancel for any reason within our control, you receive a full refund including the processing fee, or an upgrade to a comparable trip at no extra cost — your choice.
